Where the numbers live

Each partner's commercial terms — revenue-share basis, volume rate tiers, and onboarding fee — are the tenant deal config recorded at enrollment. Ops can read and edit those terms on the partner tenant page.

The Partner Agreement says the fee structure applicable to a partner is the Partner Enrollment Form or a separately executed fee schedule. That form is the deal config. Clinic partners remain subject to the clinic fee-structure restrictions in the agreement.

What this page is not

This page is not a price list and not a COGS table. Member retail and the partner's computed share appear in the partner protocol catalog from the deal config. A new material Partner Agreement version is a counsel deliverable (HAL-1281), not a change to this policy.
